Hi everyone,
I just joined today.
My starting weight was 312,4 lbs.
Now, 2 months later, I am at 283,8 lbs.
My goal is 187 lbs, so still a long way to go.
I am on a 1500 calories diet, which is going very well, for the first time in my life... As a matter of fact, I can eat almost everything that I want, except from candy and chips of course...
I eat vegetarian since August last year, I didn't like meat anyway so taking that step was not hard. Ever since I am on a diet, I have banned all meat-like meat replacements, because I discoverd they contain too much fat and sugars. I rather eat chick peas or tofu or seitan etc... Or just veggies :-).
I do a 1 and a half hour workout 3 times a week and in the weekends I go for a walk from about 3 hours.
And this time, I am determined, it has to work! I am struggling all my life to lose weight.
