  • I always need accountability My annual ride is one week from tomorrow. Goal is to work out 5 days per week, no time or mileage goal. I did very well last month, just trying to stay consistent despite a hectic schedule.

    1 40 min indoor cycling 8 miles 10 min challenge workout
  • Hi I just joined yesterday and what better way than to make an exercise goal as well as my eating goal this week. My goal is to work out everyday this week including 1 walking workout outside. I haven't done that in a while due to my exceptionally busy schedule coupled with bad eating. I will still have the busy schedule, this time without the bad eating. When I am on point, I usually do cardio/strength before work. I will check in everyday. Btw, I have already done my workout for today
