and unhappy with how I look
I'm hoping to find some support and tips on the forum to help me achieve my overall goal of 12st 7lbs
I not long ago found out I carry the BRCA1 gene and plan to have risk reducing surgery but I need to lose a lot of weight first before I can have it, which is hopefully going to be my motivation.
