I live in New Zealand so we do everything in Kgs (kilograms) so when we Weigh in with WW we get our results in kgs then I convert them
anyway my Weight Watchers(ww) must be working
this weeks weigh in was 135.7 kg which is 299.17 pounds - oh my under the 300
so doing a little happy dance feeling like I am on 
(cloud 9) with having made 1 little mini milestone here now to stay positive and stay on track - I love the support of this forum and the people here - you guys/gals rock
My next WW mini goal is 15.5 kg gone... so close 14.8 kg only .. .7 kg or 700 grams to get there
