Happily married to my soulmate Andrew of almost 13 years on May 16th. We have a daughter named Amber who will be 17 on May 29th. I will be 38 on July 31st. I'm hoping to make a lot of friends here.

I'm not even sure which diet to try. I have tried just about everything however the luck isn't great. I heard about Optifast and thought about trying that but not sure. Any thoughts?
