I had my meeting/weigh in today and got all my food! I've done so much research and reaching I'm just excited to finally get going.
I have my salad/veg packed for tomorrow wit my oil and salt measured out. I made a mix of ACV and diji om n mustard to make dressing at work. I've got dinner planned too (chicken and broccoli).
I got an array of packets and am just not sure which to choose for breakfast and lunch! ! I work outside the home so I won't have spices and such to doctor anything up/blender use.
My coach also "let" me buy the chocolate bar that you can have 1 piece a day. She said it's "free"!!!
I'd like to loose 50 pounds, but even 30 would be awesome. I feel like I'm going to have so much to eat tomorrow! !!
Any other Mid-April starters?

Day 1 had oatmeal, salad/veg for lunch plus the pomegranates fruit drink, and steak and veg for dinner. I'm hungry but am trying to hold our for my restricted in an hour.
I know I can have 4 packets this first weem. Where would one add that one? (I'm thinking afternoon?) Or maybe I need to have something that fills me up more (packet) at lunch tomorrow?

I did not use the extra, but late afternoon would work. To stave off hunger, I drink herbal tea or water. Congrats on your 1st day. You should jump on the new starter thread. I found that it really helps to chat with people at the same point in the IP journey.
Good luck! And remember, lettuce, cucumbers, and celery are "free" veggies. If I feel hunger or just want to munch on something they are my go-to.
I have my start-up appointment on Thursday. I've also been doing a lot of reading up on this program, and feel ready to start.
