Good Hello💗 I'm a fairly large person, definitely way overweight... I've been making changes in my diet and I have no problem doing so. I'm just struggling with what how much of everything I should be eating. And coming up with meal plans. I was also thinking of purchasing an adult three wheeled bike. Is that going to help me along with a good diet to lose weight? Or is it not going to be as beneficial.. Running on a treadmill is not an option, Im simply to heavy. I know losing weight is going to be tough, but im ready. Thanks to any and all input..

I do high protein and low carb. I don't count calories at all just count carbs. I've lost 23 pounds so far. I also do alot of walking. Hope this helps.
