V quick story. Started 110 kg in 2010. Now 67kg, 53 year old woman, 5'7" have maintained under 70 for over a year now.
But...there is always a but!....BUT I fly to the UK on 22nd June, and I want to be 60 kg!
I am a trail runner now, from not being able to run 50 yards to the corner in 2012...even full of adrenaline and terrified (that was when I decided to start running) and tomorrow I am doing a 17 km mountain trail race.
So hello folks, I expect I shall be here for the next few weeks, trying to lose these last few kilos

). I'm going to space out my food by trying to wait at least an hour between eating snacks or meals. The push to eat is so strong, I'm gonna lay down the law!
