Good Morning and Hello :)

  • Good Morning

    My name is Kelly and I am at my wits end with my weight! I've gained over 130 in the past 8 or so years and I am over it! I am miserable and my mood swings are out of control from just not being happy with myself. I will not lie my worst issue is the 3 hours after I get home from work, I decide to binge eat whatever sounds good! Then feel disgusted and even more miserable. My father was diagnosed with AML the end of October and passed away from it Nov 11th, So I am trying to also live a healthier lifestyle and happier in his honor. I was also his caretaker so I am still kind of in a strange space right now but I want to start crawling out and becoming happy again.

    Today I am starting T25 and hope to lose 80 lbs by the end of the year. Trying to have positive thinking. As I do feel you get back what you put out Even though that is soooo much easier said than done! But Here is to the next 14 weeks of T25 and healthier eating!

  • Hey Kelly!! Good for you for taking the first step in getting your health and well being back!! And what a great thing to do for your father! My boyfriend and I took care of and lived with his grandfather for over a year so I can relate to being a caretaker and losing a bit of yourself while doing that.

    I am happy to find someone else who is doing T25!! I have it and followed the program last year for about 5 weeks then tapered off unfortunately. I love the workouts so I have started to do them again just not everyday because right now that just seems a little daunting for many reasons that I won't bore you with the details haha!! I hope you have a great workout!! The one that kills me the most is the ab intervals! Every time I laugh or bend over my abs ache, but its a bearable ache because you can literally feel you are getting stronger

    The one I dread is also Total Body Circut! But it's only 5 weeks! I made it through 5 weeks year before last but quit so I am excited to actually try to complete the entire thing including Gamma. I can't help but love Shaun T!
  • Shaun T is awesome!!! Total body circuit is the 2nd one that gets me most! I have not done any of the beta ones yet have you?? I follow the modifier for some of the moves still so I want to get the most out of Alpha before I move on to try Beta.
