AND, the verdict is (no surprise), up 1.4 from last Sunday to 134 and that's not too bad in my book, since I ate high on the cal hog the past two days.
I don't regret one bite of it and am actually pleased that t'is not higher.
Congratulating self on it not being higher with a self-hug ...
If anything, this result verifies once again my faith in the cal counting method of food tracking to manage my weight. It DOES NOT TAKE long for the pounds to start the trend up or down over a period when the cals trend up or down. A lot of factors enter into the flat cals in/cals out equation (e.g. how well my metabolism is working, how stressed I am, how depressed or not depressed I am, etc., etc., etc.) but over a long (really, really long, decades) journey out of obesity and the inevitable ups and downs on that journey, if I learned anything, it is that CALORIES (e.g., precisely how much food I eat) is the biggest factor in weight management.
That's nice to know.
Anyway, this segment of the blog (and as always, I am grateful to 3FC for the space to do this as it is not only fun, but helps in keeping me accountable to myself to just post this stuff)

will be dedicated to the SELF CHALLENGE of reaching 131.ANYTHING by MAYDAY. In the next post, I will set up a template for the weekly cals and activity that I can update throughout the week.
I am TRYING not to use a bunch of colors in this chapter, as it gets old.
Hoppy Easter (again). I am keeping the bunny avatar until tomorrow as he is so cute.
