Hello from MT

  • Hey guys! Nice to meet you all! I wanted to introduce myself and tell you a little about me. My name is Debbie and I'm from Montana. I am married and have 4 kids and am a grandma to a 2 yr old little g'baby girl!

So here is my weightloss story. I started my weightloss journey back in June 2015. My starting weight was 280lbs and I just couldn't take it anymore so I decided to seek help from my Dr. She decided to put me on Phentermine 37.5 and it has been my life saver! I lost 40 lbs in 6 months! I don't know if any of you have ever tried Phentermine, but I am a living testimony that IT WORKS! It curbs your appetite and gives you energy so you will want to get up and move! I used to only be able to walk a short distance and would be out of breath and tired. Now I can walk miles and I feel great! With this med you can only take it 3 months with monthly weigh ins and health check. So it is a perscribe once a month. Then you have to take a 3 month break. So here I am after my 3 month break and I only gained back 3 lbs of the 40 I had lost. This time around I am being more serious and have joined a gym. The just walking wasn't enough for me anymore. I'm super excited!

Anyways glad to be on here and look forward to chatting and getting to know you guys!
