Just checking quickly from work at lunch and what a surprise!!!! Thank you all so very much ...

I did eat a small piece of cake last night but the big test is going out Saturday ...

Think I'll try to stick to the three bite rule and not weigh til NEXT week!!!!

Kathy, don't sweat (no pun intended! ) your birthday dinner! I took a planned day off plan, and surprisingly didn't do too badly! Just knowing I could have what I wanted made it easier to eat in moderation. That was last Saturday, and I have been OP since...somehow it is easier this week! I think if I had denied myself I would have felt resentful? And thankfully all the signs say I didn't do any damage at all! Whoopee!
