
So Far my best options have been Plain Greek Yogurt with Lemon Juice and Splenda (23 g per cup) and Egg Whites for Breakfast. It seems not much else offers a good helping of protein without a bunch of extra calories.
I am kinda a volume eater. I bump up most of my meals with vegetables.
I'm not a big fan of protein shakes. I have a ginormous tub now that I haven't touched in forever. I rather eat my calories than drink them.

Only 60 calories for the whole can and 14 Grams of Protein.
yeah, not the most protein, but I'm happy. Guacamole I eat vegetarian most meals. I just can eat a lot of lentils and beans. The totally blow up my guts!
That and cabbage kill me. I read that everyone has different foods that gas them up. I think lentils are the devil for me.
I compromise with broccoli, brussel sprouts and cottage cheese though - those staples are worth it.
