    I'm new here. I've been trying to lose weight for a while and I have no self discipline on the weekends. I'm great at hitting the gym 5 days a week. However, the weekends on my diet is so hard, I end up eating more than I should.
    I'm 24 and female. I'm 5'2 and my current weight is 145. My goal weight would be 120.
