i have lost 5 kgs in 2 1/2 weeks, so good.can't wait to check next week to see how much i lose.
I only walk 30 - 40 minutes a day stay away from most carbs and take metformin twice a day.
I have tryed to lose weight for 7 years now, but i am finally losing it. I have pcos and insulin resistance but i really think the metformin is helping me so much.
