F Factor vs South Beach ... Starting again

    Over the years I have been on the South Beach diet twice. Both times it work for me although I found it difficult to stick with it.

    I recently read information about the F factor diet and wondered if anyone had thoughts on that. It seems like it would be easier to follow, and does allow some healthy carbs.

    I'm concerned with the F factor diet that I would be still consuming carbs and fiber and wonder if that would stop me from having progress.

    Any thoughts?

  • Maybe you could experiment. Do one week following F-Factor and the next week South Beach. Try it back and forth a few times and see how your body reacts.
