my waist is wonky. i come in more on my right side than my left. what can i do to fix it?
Interesting! I have one leg slightly longer than the other and two different-sized boobs.
The only thing I could think of is maybe training your obliques? You could see about building up the muscle more on the smaller side?
I have no idea. Maybe as the weight comes off they will even out.
yeah my left side generally is bigger, foot bigger, hand bigger, boob bigger, eye wider.... maybe its just a left side thing
Sometimes they say the uneveness is because it might be your dominate side. My waist looks odd, as I can only describe it like a landslide the top has thinned some but it all slid down - still a bunch to loose for me! I keep hearing from my brother that strengthening your core can help with it - it improves your posture and how you hold your body. He has success with pilates. I haven't tried, but maybe that's an avenue for you to look into.
funnily enough, ive just started pilates. im right handed so i dunno about my left being dominant.
