wonky waist

  • my waist is wonky. i come in more on my right side than my left. what can i do to fix it?
  • Interesting! I have one leg slightly longer than the other and two different-sized boobs.

    The only thing I could think of is maybe training your obliques? You could see about building up the muscle more on the smaller side?

    I have no idea. Maybe as the weight comes off they will even out.
  • yeah my left side generally is bigger, foot bigger, hand bigger, boob bigger, eye wider.... maybe its just a left side thing
  • Sometimes they say the uneveness is because it might be your dominate side. My waist looks odd, as I can only describe it like a landslide the top has thinned some but it all slid down - still a bunch to loose for me! I keep hearing from my brother that strengthening your core can help with it - it improves your posture and how you hold your body. He has success with pilates. I haven't tried, but maybe that's an avenue for you to look into.
