Hi everyone! I have found support forums very valuable. I joined weight watchers 5 weeks ago and am down 5.4 pounds -- not great but I'm making progress. I am looking for more accountability. I'm a 52 year old empty nester -- work full time and finding weight loss is harder than ever. I'm determined! Nice to meet you!
