Well ok here's whats going on last scale weight before meeting with weight loss doctor was july 20 and weight was 359.2 lbs and oz. And then the last weigh in with weight lose doctor was 354/6.4 lbs and oz.
My biggest weight in between july and the 7th of janurary was 361.
My mini goal is 330. Which I have not yet reached.
