Hi!
I'm new to this site. It looks like a great support tool for weight loss, so I signed up. I have a long journey ahead of me. I have many reasons for wanting to lose weight, but the main ones are to get healthy... And I want to start a family. For me personally, I would like to have my health in check before I get pregnant. Definitely very motivated 😀 I'm currently at 225, so I know this won't happen over night. I'm just going to take it one day at a time and start with baby steps. This week I'm focusing on getting my eating in check and nightly walks.

I'm new here too. I retired in September and have gained back about fifteen pounds.....eeeeeek! The holidays didn't help either😉. I'm ready to get back to eating healthy and feeling oh so much better about myself.
Hi Jessnicole! I'm new here too. I'm focusing on walking every day as well this week, along with improving my eating habits. It is very cold here so I don't feel like walking but I know I have to!
