This is a personal calorie counting blog.
Since I hop on the scale daily and log it all, this doesn't really matter but have decided to hold an "official" weigh-in and post it on Christmas Day, then will decide what the "official" plan is for the new year 2016.
Until said 25th of December, I've decided to hold another little personal calorie level challenge and log it here.
I MAY or MAY NOT post weigh-ins along the 20-day road to Christmas.
I MAY or MAY NOT give up the whole idea and regain every pound I've ever lost in my life (and that's a whole lotta pounds), but nah, I don't want to do that.
There are NO rules to this challenge, other than to do my best to achieve a sensible (no deprivation, ever) cal level daily that will assist in reaching the 120s and in feeling strong and healthy. I do not believe in super low cal counts but in eating the correct amount of food to sustain my life and be well. I also exercise but it will not be addressed in this blog.
The goal, as always is 125, but of course I will not reach that by December 25. It's just out there on the new holiday challenge ticker.
So. Here. I. Go. Again.
