I came back to say hi and see who remembers me?
I have 2 boys now and as difficult as it seems to make time for myself - I really want to take control of my weight again.
I had a bad car accident about 2005-6 and really lost control of my fitness ever since. Years ago - I came to 3fc and was sucsessful with losing weight, so i am back to get some support.
