Good Evening
What's keeping me motivated is that I reached my goal weight last month and do not want to gain it back. I've done the yo-yo dieting for years and don't want to go back down that road lol.
So my plan which I stared this past week is to throw in 2 fast days per week. I will do this through the holidays. Fasting really works for me and I refuse to gain back an significant amount of weight.
My goal is to stay under 140. Also, I'm exercising 6 days per week and lifting weights

. So that's my plan!
