I am 42, single, working, and around 107 kg (220 pounds i guess) and i dont know how yet but I am gona to bring that down.

I need a pan pal to e-mail to each other and give encouragement.

I am also considering wls but one step at the time. I would prefer to do it by myself.

I am optimistic, outdoor person, more or less, and I am looking for someone with energy and determination to move things in right direction.
