I am so excited, I have lost 75 lbs!!!

    I finally found a nutritional plan that works for me. In 7 months i have lost 75lbs. I am 41 yrs old and the healthiest I have ever been. I am so excited. After trying so many diets and fads, I finally found the one that works. I have battled my weight for my whole adult life and i have never accomplished this much weight loss. I have lurked here for years, looking for hope, being inspired by all your wonderful stories. I still have some to go, but this is something I can see myself doing the rest of my life. Thanks for letting me share.

    Congratulations Kitty! What a spectacular achievement you must feel so proud! Isn't it amazing how reaching a goal like that can really give you the momentum to keep going. So happy for you.
