I am new to the site. I am finding myself a hard time getting under 300. I am close and then I go right back up again. I was at 309 then had a complete hysterectomy and I gained 90 pounds over 3 years. bringing me close to 400. Now I am totally uncomfortable and feeling like Garbage.
I work out now twice a week with a trainer and he has me on a meal plan. I just find myself now over the last 4 months struggling to stay on plan. I am down to @340 but I go down to 330 and then jump back up. It is frustrating.
I know I am not suppose to eat things but I eat it anyway and then get upset because I ate it and it just keeps this cycle going....I am trying to figure out how to STOP before I eat.

I had gotten down to 248 and then I had my hysterectomy.
I am feeling the same way. I have gotten to the point where enough is enough.
I need to eat healthy and exercise not just for my weight but more importantly for my mood. You are what you eat. I have been eating junk and I feel like junk.
My best advice is stick around and get the support you need.

I'm back on plan after taking a "break" for 3 1/2 months during my wedding and honeymoon. Now I'm 100% back on plan and pushing to get under 300lbs. My goal is to be there by January 22nd! We can absolutely do this.

Welcome mic3409 and best of luck to you on your journey. I've been stuck in the 320s for a few months now. And by stuck I don't mean plateaued, I mean struggling with motivation. Trying to push through and get some momentum!
