weightwatching my way to a fitter body

  • hi folks, I'm new to this forum I've always read the various stories and wanted to join so now I have. I'm 32 have struggled with my diet and weight for 10 years now for several reasons really obviously I love my grub and the odd drink or 10!!! but I've also struggled due to various fertility issues. I've joined weight watchers about 5 times now, I've always lost some weight but have never got to my goal weight of 131lbs. I honestly believe that if I lose this weight once and for all I stand a good chance of finally conceiving but if not at least I can say I tried everything. Wednesday will be my third weigh in and I'm aiming for 2lbs off, I am aiming to get to my goal weight by the start of December and would welcome any advice or support that you all could give me, thanks for listening.
  • Hi leenies!

I'm a newbie too! Good luck on your weigh in. I think there is a WW group that you might find super helpful as everyone seems to be great at sharing tips and support. I'm not a WW girl - my life is to insane to track the points, so I'm concentrating on high protein and weight training. I'm closing in on loosing my first 50lbs and as a chick with PCOS, I know how weight can metaphorically kick you in the hormonal balls. I'm with you sister!

    Big internet hugs!
  • Leenies! I wish you the best with your goals for weight loss and children! You have a great determined attitude, so you can do this!
