Dateline & 20/20 tonight

    Just wanted to let everybody know that I just heard that Dateline and 20/20 are both doing a segment on the South Beach Diet tonight.

    As yall know I like watching anything on weight and diet issues - just wanted to mention it in case yall want to see it too.

    I saw the Dateline segment. They didin't say anything bad about the diet. As some of you know, I'm on SBD and love it! never felt better!

    I have to have a look at that South Beach Diet........haven't made the time.....I have a friend that is doing Body for Life and looks awesome!
