
so last night i had a salad; lean ham, rocket, tomato, cucumberer and spring onions, with 1 slice of bread. no minutes at all on the exercise bike, but did i do 50 ab crunches
(nearly killed me!) husband and i are on a mission to lose at least 10lb between now and xmas. problem is next week i have the GBBO final (always watch at a friends with lots of C word) ((cake, btw)) and my daughters birthday. 3 weeks later is my wedding anniversary
and then my son will be home from uni shortly after that! all of these occasions usually involve copious amounts of high fat, high sugar, high calorie, yummy lovely foooood!
but i am determined to not give in to the temptations around me. 
i also have a massive reliance on food as a comforter; i get stressed, i eat. i get sad, i eat. i get angry, i eat...see a picture forming here people? today has already stressed me out to the point of reaching for cake AND vodka...
