Sorry no catchy title just trying to get motivated to start another long day. I do have the girlie doctor this morning and want to discuss a few little things, nothing major just annoying girlie stuff. Then home for hopefully a quick ride and then off to work. I'm not liking this new schedule, but have to find a way to make it work. Have a great day

Jennifer, I was in earlier and tried to think of a catchy title but drew a blank. What the heck can one say about Tuesday?

We are back into summery weather today so I'm glad I didn't spend the weekend doing the wardrobe switch. It cools off at night, of course, so it may be time to think about digging out the cozy comforter.

Today Patti comes to get a handle on the stuff I do as Treasurer of the Mill. I sure hope she isn't scared off. She's a retired HS principal from Toronto and may have some general accounting knowledge but, as a Scottish friend used to say "I hae me doots!". At least I won't have to show her payroll until we hire in the spring. I hope I can offload a bunch of stuff over the winter and get part of my life back.

Jazz is in trouble again as he escaped the yard yesterday and is now back on the long lead in the dogyard. I got him back with no problem - so glad he comes when called even though he looked very guilty as he watered the neighbour's peony bush. . Millie "told" me he had escaped by coming to me at my desk and pushing my leg with both paws. She's a smart little thing.

Time to get cracking and at least clean up the kitchen before the morning gets away from me. I may put on my jeans and check out the fence line and block Houdini's latest escape route. It's a good thing he's cute!

Tumultuous Tuesday? that was my first thought!

Jennifer - UGH. Girlie Doc. I have ignored that part of my life. I have three special friends recently diagnosed with breast cancer, so I really should get at least my mammogram done - but I need to wait til this poking and prodding is done! I hope your visit goes well and all your questions are answered.

Ruth - Jazz only does this to entertain us here on 3FC . Not that we're not entertained with all your other stories!

I have another doc appointment today - this is the one I'm quite apprehensive about. Yesterday's went great - I really like my cardio. He is well worth the 30-60 minute wait I have each time I see him, LOL.

I will probably just rest other than that today. I'm stunned how quick that 8:30 - 3 time goes when my DD is away!

I think it was funny - DS, who is at the picky stage of food - was complaining this AM that we are out of black bean and corn salad! He brings it every day for lunch, so I've made a batch every week for the past 3 weeks. Thanks SBD for keeping my son at least a little bit healthy!

What was supposed to be a wfh day turned into have to go into office so I will be in office all week. Blah, I will put on my big girl panties and deal with it.

I had DS drop me off at work as DH is going to pick me up and we are going to meet up with an old friend from our Air Force days back in England. So should be fun, I already looked at the menu to find out what I can eat so I have a plan.

Scale went down again so that made me happy. I tried a squash recipe last night with mizithra cheese and it was so good, having left overs for lunch today.

Evening ladies. It was a regular old workday Tuesday for me today, except I woke up at 4 am and didn't really go back to sleep. I have a feeling that after supper when I sit on the couch I will crash.

We are back to warm and sunny for the rest of the week. When I got home today I pulled out some leggy petunias and zinnias that had fallen over to make room for some mums. The tough part will be choosing the colors because I always want one of each! I plan on stopping on my way home tomorrow to buy some.
