    Started at 15st 2lbs and 1 week in now 14 10lbs. So far so good

  • HI all - not getting a lot of traction on the September board, so wanted to check in here. I've had some hard days staying on plan - not sure why, but I am suddenly craving lots of things I haven't had in a while. I am also exercising more now, so I imagine there's an impact there. I really want to get to onederland by October, but whenever I set that kind of mental goal, it doesn't seem to happen.
