I went to the fair this evening. Of course I HAD to have some deep fried veggies, a bread stick, and a Strawberry Smoothie.

So I would not be wracked with guilt and not be able to sleep tonight, I came home and mowed the lawn. With a PUSH mower in 80F heat. My clothes were wringing wet when I finished.

Whew! Good save!

I did the same thing, except i had *1* piece of pizza, and a bread stick I should not have had that AT ALL, I am still in the induction phase, but I felt so bad, I came home and hopped on my treadmill for 25 min.
