Fat and Fiber - WW old program

  • Does anyone have a copy of the old fat and fiber that Weight Watcher had many many years ago? I have old copies of everything but it? I would gladly pay for postage and copies or if you could email it to me I would be forever grateful. Doctor wants me to track this and I know I did this many years ago...

  • I don't want to give up my hard copy but if you google it, you can find the rules so u can start while trying to find hard copy. I'm doing this plan right now, rules are: 5 fruits and veggies, limited sugar, alcohol, 15-35 grams of fat, eat at least 20 grams of fiber., 2 servings of milk daily. I can text you pics if u want.

  • WW Fat & Fiber was the program just before they introduced the points system. You only count fat & fiber grams and you're allowed a certain number of each.
    I did a search for WW Fat & Fiber plan and this is what came up. Don't know if it's WW plan or something like it.

    1. Limit fat to no more than 35 grams for women or 45 grams for men.

    2. Eat at least 20 grams of fiber (25 for men).

    3. Eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables.

    4. Eat at least two servings of dairy foods, but remember they also can contribute to the fat count.

    5. Go easy on refined sugars and alcohol and don't eat or drink them until after the fiber requirement has been met

    I too googled WW fit and fiber program. I found out that "Quick Start Program Cookbook" has the program in it.

    I found the cookbook on Amazon. For a used copy I paid .01 plus 3.99 for shipping.
