Hi I am lynn, im 26 and glad to be here. A friend introduced me to this forum and i'm excited about reading others struggles and successes. My doctor told me yesterday that I have reached 19.9 stone (278lbs). I am so humiliated and embarrassed. I need support. As of yesterday it's been very healthy eating, my doctor is going to weigh me weekly. Thanks for having a place here where we can discuss things like this.
