I'm back on 3FC after a few years, and having regained about 90lbs over the course of the last four years, over half of what I lost while on WW.
I'm thinking of rejoining, but before I go back, and deal with the (my self-imposed) shame of returning to a place where I was a poster child for success, I'd like to know if the plan has changed in the last couple of years at all. When I dropped off, WW had recently switched to the Points Plus program - which honestly, I was not that big a fan of. Have there been any changes/updates?
I also have recently been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, and with that and just wanting to eat well, I'm looking at focusing on macronutrients, eating 'real' food and avoiding processed food and refined carbohydrates.
For the last few years, I've calorie counted - and we see how well that's worked out.
