I have been reading these forums for months and never joined, well why not? I am so happy to have found such a great community. I started the year at 308 and am down to 225, I can't wait to see what the coming months bring. I am finally starting to actually see a difference in myself and it is very encouraging, I am hoping to keep this optimistic streak going strong.
