  • Holy smokes. Work has gotten so busy that I'm having a hard time keeping up with this daily. But it really helps me, and I got very derailed at the end of last week, so I must re-focus.

    B: Eggs, turkey sausage, cheese
    L: Taco salad
    Sn: Cheese stick
    S: Spinach, chicken, zucchini casserole
  • B: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup mixed berries
    L: Salad with chicken, mixed veggies, feta, balsamic vinegar, and a spritz of EVOO.
    S: Panera bread salads (kale caesar and med quinoa) and a cup of lemon chicken orzo soup.
    Sn: 1/4 cup rhubarb frozen custard

    L: Waldorf chicken salad with fruit
    S: Salmon with pesto butter, green beans
    Sn: Cheese stick, popcorn, rhubarb custard, 1/2 banana
    Ex: 30 minutes brisk walk/job on the treadmill (holy moly it's been a loooong time since I've been to the gym!)
