what did you eat today?

  • Here I am on day 1....well day 1 x5....
    I am really wanting it this time..just wanted to share what I have eaten today because,well, I am having a hard time going from weight watchers to Atkins even though I know first had it works.
    Breakfast: 1 egg 3 sausage links
    Lunch: 1 bag of chopped broccoli roasted in the oven with olive oil and vinegar,4 oz of shredded chicken
    Dinner: ( this one is freaking me out)
    2 stalks of celery a lot of chicken and mayo, chicken salad. I feel so gross, I ate ALOT... Almost a whole rotisserie...I'm scared!
    Beverages:
    Lots and lots of water, 1 medium black iced coffee and 2 cans of diet pepsi.....
  • i am to last thing i did was ideal protein. so not sure of portion size for meals just kinda feeling it out ATM. see what works and what does not.
