Well it's taken me almost 2 yrs but I finally made it to my 100 lbs gone I lost 4.6 lbs this week taking me to 102.8 lbs gone for good. I've still got a long way to go but seeing that 100 lb mark makes me want it even more.

Thanks for all the support, even just reading the successes here has made me want to do better

Bernice....Your thread title says it all: You definitely "DID IT"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You must feel so overwhelmed. I just went back and noticed the date and realize that for you this is old news but it sure is exciting nevertheless. Look at what each small step led to. Each 5 lb. star, each milestone---there are so many. Out of the 3's...10%...On a Dr.'s scale, another one of those big clunker-thingies moved down...and most of all the realization that YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am thrilled for you. I'll be looking around for your name to see more recent posts so I can see what's up with you now. Congratulations.
