Hi everyone.
I'm 30 and am here for support/accountability to lose 80lbs! I'm not going to diet, just count calories, limit carbs, eat clean, and exercise.
That last time I was here was 2012, when I reached 205. I got down to 179 but now I'm 221.5! No more excuses or denial. I'm going on vacation in Dec/January so my goal is to lose 40lbs before then. I will need new clothes and don't want it to be a dreadful experience. I don't know the last time I bought myself something new that made me feel pretty.
About me. I'm 30, almost 31 and am a full-time student. I've been happily married for almost 8 years and we have a 7 month old lab. I walk her everyday for 1.5 to 2 miles, so no excuse on that front.

BACK, Leopardspots! I did the same thing you did: Started out at a lower weight, lost quite a bit, got away from here, gained it all back and more, and came back and started losing again! The most important part of that is coming back and losing again because we can't change the past. Good luck!
