  • Yes it has been awhile I'm just getting back in the swing of things and then TOM shows up but other than that I'm good. I looked up liters to ounces and my average is maybe 2 liters a day, sometimes a bit more. You're doing great

    You know I too got derailed somewhere along the line. Was off for about a year but eventually I gathered enough motivation to come back. So it's cool to have you back. Are doing anything different this time? I started training for a 10k in addition to the water challenge.
