Sorry I've been awol since Memorial Day weekend...we had to put my dad in a memory care facility on an emergency basis and there has been so much going on. But - I need to get back on track with my eating.
Monday
B: smoothie with plain kefir, berries, chia seeds, cacao powder and spinach
L: organic hot dog, salad with goddess dressing, cheese stick, green beans with dijonaisse, apple
D: cheeseburger (no bun) with greek salad. Glass of wine

So P1 D8 - but went off plan with some moments today. Oops.
B: scrambled eggs, V8, turkey bacon
S: veggies, cheese stick
L: salad, ham slices
S: triscuits (long story) and hummus
D: grilled chicken, veggies, and corn (long story)
