    Today for me.. P1D6

    B: Brussel sprouts & pancetta
    Lunch: Taco salad from cafeteria with no tortilla chips
    Sn: String cheese & V8
    Supper: Turkey chili with a dollop of plain yogurt
    Sn: Turkey unwich from JJ's.
  • Not thoroughly planned out for today but have an idea!

    L: WW pasta with veggies
    S: Nuts of some kind
    D: Taco salad with soy crumbles, cheese, Sargento "cheez-its," sour cream, salsa. Possible veggie side?
  • Sorry I've been awol since Memorial Day weekend...we had to put my dad in a memory care facility on an emergency basis and there has been so much going on. But - I need to get back on track with my eating.

    Monday
    B: smoothie with plain kefir, berries, chia seeds, cacao powder and spinach
    L: organic hot dog, salad with goddess dressing, cheese stick, green beans with dijonaisse, apple
    D: cheeseburger (no bun) with greek salad. Glass of wine
  • So P1 D8 - but went off plan with some moments today. Oops.

    B: scrambled eggs, V8, turkey bacon
    S: veggies, cheese stick
    L: salad, ham slices
    S: triscuits (long story) and hummus
    D: grilled chicken, veggies, and corn (long story)

    Lunch: Leftover porkchops & sauerkraut, broccoli, cauliflower

    Supper: Thai chicken spaghetti squash
    Snack: SF jello and LF cheese string

    Ugh. Had a work thing that drove me off plan tonight. Didn't go too crazy, but a bit miffed my restraint wasn't better.
