Why did I think I could only weigh in once a month? Anyway, Yes to my own question, this Gabriel Method is still working. I'm actually adding in food(green salads with dressing & proteins ) and still lost 8 pounds in the last 18 days.
One of the things I've been doing to keep me busy is adding my blog, link by link to my Personal (mostly gardening stuff) web site. This way I don't need to scroll down pages trying to find what I want, After all, I started my blog as a place to keep my 'tools' Books, Cd's, recipes where I could easily find them. And for self inspiration on those hard days.
