sick and tired

  • Well, here I go again...
    I am just so tired of being sick and tired...
    My knees cant support me much further...
    I am trying IP again....
    I did it a few years ago, lost 65 lbs. Needless to say, Its all back with a vengeance....
    So I started cardio also, recumbent bike.
    Should go back to the gym also...
    Day 1 of Ideal Protein...aiming for a trip in the Dom. Rep. at 155 lbs...
  • BACK, Marijaux! You've done it before, so you can do it again! Maintenance is definitely the hard part! I've reached the conclusion that I have a diet plan that I can follow for life, so I need to just do that. I've finally given up on the idea that I can "come off" my diet. Maintenance involves dieting, so I've just had to be honest with myself about it. There's is no going back to the way I used to eat! Good luck! You got this!
