My knees cant support me much further...
I am trying IP again....
I did it a few years ago, lost 65 lbs. Needless to say, Its all back with a vengeance....
So I started cardio also, recumbent bike.
Should go back to the gym also...
Day 1 of Ideal Protein...aiming for a trip in the Dom. Rep. at 155 lbs...

BACK, Marijaux! You've done it before, so you can do it again! Maintenance is definitely the hard part! I've reached the conclusion that I have a diet plan that I can follow for life, so I need to just do that. I've finally given up on the idea that I can "come off" my diet. Maintenance involves dieting, so I've just had to be honest with myself about it. There's is no going back to the way I used to eat!
