Well, I'm sick of dieting and saying I'm going to do better then giving in not 10 min later.... Lol
What is your goal, trisha, and what method of dieting are you using (calorie-counting, etc.?)
Are you setting really big goals or trying to make too many changes at once? In the past I found that I overwhelmed myself by trying to tackle more than I could handle and I just ended up saying screw it I want cake. Literally, I love cake. I found I do much better when I take baby steps but make a clear commitment.
