  • Help you with what? It sounds like you have a plan. I wouldn't be able to eat grilled chicken and salad every day but some people can so good luck.
  • Don't be surprised if you start having difficulty with your workouts. While I understand why you are following a low-carb diet, it's often difficult to maintain a strict workout schedule on that type of diet. I know there's no way I could ever maintain my current activity level of walking 3 miles about 4 times a week on such a restricted carbohydrate diet - and that's nothing compared to what you are describing for your workouts.

But I'm also not sure what you mean by a "carb load or a refeed."
  • Ketogenic dieters usually eat a lot more fat and probably less protein (you didn't exactly give lots of details with what you're eating). Remember that eating too much protein will knock you out of ketosis. I usually recommend people go to http://www.reddit.com/r/keto if they're interested in doing this kind of diet. It requires a lot of planning and upkeep.
  • Good luck! Just make sure you're getting enough calories for your weight, activity level, age, and height.

You can do it! And welcome!
