Falling off the wagon and getting back into shape again with a 12 WK challenge

  • OK so weighed myself today and found out I was 89.8kg. After having lost 20+ kg last year I weighed in at 81kg in Dec 2014 so going back to the 90s is very painful. Lately I've been binge eating but I need to stop and need to start back again.

    SO... am taking a 12 week challenge starting today:

    Weigh in: 89.8kg
    Goal weight: 70 kg
    Kg to goal: 19.8kg


    Will journal in daily with weekly weigh ins. Will also need to plan meals and exercise regularly. I find that my greatest weakness is after 5pm. From 5pm till I go sleep its a crazy frenzy of eating.
  • Hi! It sounds like I"m in the same situation as you. I lost a lot the last two years (probably about 2/3 of my total loss goal) but then gained a whole bunch back the last few months. Maybe not all of it but most of it. :-( So I need to start over and I would love to join you on your 12-week challenge.

    I haven't weighed in awhile (so my ticker is wrong) but I will weigh in on Monday. Let's do this!
