    I'm so happy to be back. I've had a hectic 6 months and after much thought, I realised how effective and supportive 3fc had been in the past. I'm back loaded with motivation!

    Hope we can support each other on our goals!

    BACK, Mari! Many of us drift away but there's no place like 3FC for support and motivation when it comes to weight loss! Glad you're back!
