10 Days In The Life Boat #133

  • Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.
    This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

    Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.
  • I'm going to continue to try to meet my goals from our last leg.

    My goals for this leg:
    Post here daily.
    Meet but not exceed my daily WW points.
    Remind myself each day that I am worth the effort needed to be at a healthier weight.
  • Make good choices. Drink enough water. Avoid diet soda
    Read Bible daily. Increase exercise. Eat sensible amount. No seconds unless it's green!!
  • I'm so sick of swimming rather than rowing. Meeting goals 2 days out of ten does not express commitment.
  • Finally can say that yesterday I met all my goals and am dancing as I row in the sunshine. It's not easy to dance and row at the same time.
  • Way to go J-Ann! I'm joining in late, yesterday I binged hardcore (well over 3,000 calories) and I haven't exercised in days, no Bueno. I know we only have 2 more days to this segment but I want to make the most of them. I plan to eat conscientiously to lose the 2.2 lbs I've gained, and reach the goals I have set for myself this year.
  • Crap! I fell back in last night. POO!
  • I finished off my calories for today at 1925 (455 calories over), one of my 3fc challenges ends tomorrow (Hallelujah! lol) and a new one begins. I hope I do better than goal, we'll see. Tonight even though I don't feel like it I plan to exercise, I will post either way if I do or I don't.
