It's time to start a new life. To be positive. To be brave. To be a survivor. I am not ashamed of what I have done to survive. I am not ashamed of weighing almost 350 lbs. I am proud to be alive. It's time to shed my "reality buffer" and give my body the energy and love it deserves. *hugs*
